Skiing

Park City is a ski or snowboard-enthusiast’s dream city. The city is nestled among a number of beautiful ski resorts, with trails ranging in length and difficulty. Two world-class ski resorts filled with famously light Utah powder
Last winter was historic season when two of the town’s resorts merged to form Park City Mountain Resort, the largest ski areas in the United States, connected by the new Quicksilver Gondola. Other enhancements included two new lifts, restaurant upgrades, and enhanced snowmaking capabilities. Deer Valley Resort, a skiers only mountain, features amenities such as uniformed ski valets, complimentary tours from Mountain Hosts, overnight ski storage, parking lot shuttles, groomed to-perfection slopes, limited lift ticket sales and gourmet dining in three elegant day lodges.

Golf

You can golf in Park City the same day you fly in. It’s true. Park City golf courses are less than an hour away from Salt Lake City International Airport. The hard part is deciding which Park City golf course you should play first. Park City and the surrounding area are home to seven public and eight private courses.
Once you’ve chosen a course – perhaps one designed by William Neff or a Rees Jones championship course, or our local Park City Golf Club, your next challenge will be to master the art of hiding your shock over how much further your ball soars. Go ahead and tout the bragging rights of your improved game to friends back home. We’ll keep your secret about how our mountain location actually adds distance to your shot. And it certainly doesn’t hurt your game when you play in summer temperatures that are generally milder than many other golf destinations.
